Our Story & Heritage
Geothermal Drilling of New England (GDNE) is the dedicated geothermal division of T.J. Ogden Co., Inc.—celebrated throughout the region as Ogden Wells. Founded in 1980 by Master Well Driller Tom Ogden (#1042) and operated with Samantha Ogden, our parent company has delivered expert subsurface drilling and water infrastructure across Massachusetts and New England for over 45 years.
With 45+ years of drilling engineering experience through T.J. Ogden Co. and specialized geothermal borefield operations since 1997, our team brings unmatched hydrogeological precision to every project—from residential vertical closed loops to multi-megawatt standing column arrays for universities, hospitals, and municipal complexes.
