Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website geothermalma.net (the "Site"), operated by Geothermal Drilling of New England ("GDNE"), a division of T.J. Ogden Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services Description

GDNE provides geothermal drilling, well installation, and related services throughout New England. The Site provides general information about our services, project portfolio, and contact options. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.

Estimates and Quotes

Any estimates, savings calculations, or cost projections provided through the Site (including our savings calculator) are approximate and for informational purposes only. Actual costs, savings, and project specifications will be determined through a formal site assessment and written proposal. All formal proposals are subject to a separate written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of GDNE / T.J. Ogden Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
